April 13, 2016 (Ottawa, ON): Government Leaders and Delegates of the Metis Nation from across the Metis Nation Homeland will be marching to the Supreme Court of Canada at 9 am on April 14th to receive the Court’s decision on the Daniels Case.
The decision of the Supreme Court will have significant implications for the 400,000 Metis Nation Citizens represented by the Metis National Council and its Governing Members.

The Media is invited to participate and will have opportunity to speak to the Leaders of the Metis Nation from the provinces of Ontario (Chair France Picotte), Manitoba (President David Chartrand), Saskatchewan (Vice President Gerald Morin), Alberta (President Audrey Poitras) and British Columbia (President Bruce Dumont).

The march begins at 9 am from the Delta Hotel on 101 Lyon Street N and will proceed to the Supreme Court of Canada at 301 Wellington Street.
